LEGAL DISCLAIMER –

SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM (SRS) SERVICES

All airbag and Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) services are performed in accordance with applicable federal regulations, including standards issued by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and applicable Texas law.

Airbags are safety devices designed to deploy only under specific crash conditions determined by vehicle manufacturers. We do not manufacture airbags, control deployment algorithms, or guarantee deployment in any specific accident or circumstance.

By using this website or requesting services, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Airbag systems contain explosive components and sensitive electronics. 
  • Deployment performance depends on impact severity, angle, vehicle condition, prior repairs, and manufacturer programming. 
  • We do not guarantee future performance of any SRS system in the event of a collision. 
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed prior accidents, structural issues, or previous improper repairs. 
  • Any diagnostic reset or repair applies only to the components serviced. 
  • Used, recycled, or aftermarket components (if authorized by customer) may not carry manufacturer warranties.
     

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, our company shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages arising from vehicle accidents, airbag deployment or non-deployment, or any injuries or losses resulting from vehicle operation after service.

Nothing on this website constitutes a warranty beyond any written warranty explicitly provided at the time of service. All implied warranties are limited to the maximum extent permitted by Texas law.

Use of this website does not create a mechanic-client relationship until a written service agreement is signed. 


ADAS Calibration

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) — including lane departure warning, forward collision warning, blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, and automatic emergency braking — rely on cameras, radar, sensors, and precise vehicle geometry.

By requesting ADAS calibration services, you acknowledge:

  • Proper system function depends on correct ride height, suspension condition, windshield integrity, tire size, wheel alignment, and manufacturer software. 
  • ADAS systems are driver-assist features only and do not replace attentive driving. 
  • Calibration accuracy may be affected by prior frame damage, aftermarket modifications, suspension wear, or manufacturer software limitations. 
  • We do not guarantee accident avoidance or system intervention in any specific driving event.
     

Drivers remain solely responsible for safe vehicle operation at all times.


Wheel Alignment

Wheel alignment services adjust vehicle suspension angles within manufacturer specifications when possible.

We are not responsible for:

  • Bent frames, worn suspension components, prior collision damage, or aftermarket modifications affecting alignment. 
  • Tire wear caused by prior misalignment or suspension issues. 
  • Future changes in alignment due to road conditions, impact damage, or worn components.
     

If structural or mechanical defects prevent alignment within specification, additional repairs may be required.


Module Programming & Electronic Services

Electronic module programming, coding, flashing, or configuration services depend on:

  • Manufacturer software availability 
  • Vehicle condition 
  • Network integrity 
  • Existing hardware functionality
     

We do not guarantee compatibility with aftermarket parts, prior non-factory modifications, or previously programmed modules, for used parts reprogramming client must pay the programming fee regradless of the modules compatibility. Programming services do not extend manufacturer warranties.

Unforeseen electronic faults may surface after programming due to unrelated pre-existing conditions.


Limitation of Liability (Texas)

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law:

  • Our company shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages. 
  • We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, loss of income, diminished value, or accident-related claims arising from vehicle operation after service.
  • Liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
     

No Manufacturer or Insurance Affiliation

We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer, dealership, or insurance carrier.

Website Use

Use of this website does not create a service agreement. A binding agreement is formed only upon signed written authorization for services.

Return and Refund Policy

Service Policies:

  • There will be a minimum fee for mobile services at the client location unless its waived mitually.
  • As this is services and mostly elecctronics, we do not provide any return on our services. Once we perform a service, and left the vehicle in desired condition, we will back our services if the car was not got into any other problems or was not done maitenance by other machanics or service provider. We will terminate the warranty if we determine someone has performed or tempered with the vehicles or got in an accident, was stolen, vandalized, and or damaged any other natural or unnatural reason.
  • We do not perform electrical services, when we arrive in a location for a service and find an issue with the technology, there will be a minimum service fee will be applicable even though we could not solve the problems due to electrical or faulty devices.
  • When perform an specic service, our warrenty will be applicable for that specified service. We are not liable for the other portion of the same system which will keep the light on incase other componnents wich are not in working conditions.
  • We do not provide any warrentirs on installed componnents after installation and leaving in a working condition. If the product is defective during the service period, we will remove it and will take care of it.
  • We do not work on credits, full amount should be paid when the services has been completed.
  • For mobile services, client should provide resonable accomodation to perform the services.
